Its not news. There is no hype on the stock. I believe it to be long investors knowing they have a very legitimate shot at a strong run on filings, simply picking up more shares along with short term flippers scratching up a few to turn them back in a few days. The company has firmly stated that they are cutting back on the extra communication with shareholders to protect their interest and focus on organic growth with dealers. I do not see any news pending and don't think we will see or hear anything until March or later. Nice to see a pop if some want to turn a few hundred bucks, but the real pot of gold is after the court case and filings. This little jump us peanuts and nothing to get excited about, Of course all in my humble opinion.
