I would be willing to increase my NTEK share donation from 1M up to 2M if the terms of the deal are rock solid and SH friendly. I know many here who have not yet volunteered a donation may first want to see the terms of the deal. That is fine but please do not buy into the theory that all this quiet from the company means something big, positive and newsworthy is brewing.

NTEK can use SH's donated shares/money to kill the toxic debt or a share buyback but not to fund future expansion. Those would be my terms but I will await Zattnt's report and consultation with IR

Lets all consider putting our money where our mouth is and help out the company we have invested in.
