Revenue generation on paper means little if not audited IMO Debt recap and finacing going forward is paramount. Can't use shares anymore at this point to fund. A 3 mil dollar buyback at these levels folowed by a 10:1 r/s would be only way I would be ok with r/s at this time. That would put us at about 75 mil o/s.
