Zattnt, that is a great idea and I am in for donating 1M of my NTEK shares to NTEK in exchange for the secure 2M loan however there must be something in writing from the company there will be no further dilution.
If I and other SH's are going to donate even more of our hard earned money to keep NTEK afloat I need some written assurances this will be done in the best interest of shareholders.
But yes I will donate 1M of my NTEK shares for the loan to avoid additional dilution and a R/S.
