VP Biden was here at Duke Univ. yesterday meeting with a panel of Drs. on this new cancer initiative. A short piece on the news showed a Woman Dr. of oncology (Dr. Kim Blackwell) telling Biden that there needs to be a way for cancer doctors and their patience to get access to new, novel, treatments ASAP.
