I think a r/s to save the pps at these levels is not in best interest of s/h but if stock has steady growing revenue and a small split say 2 for 1 to meet requirements of landing on a higher board I would favor it. Stock would need to be much higher than current pps to accomplish that's why I think it important to reduce o/s to get there.
