Not that anyone can answer this but its got to be on everyone's mind, but how will the market react WHEN this case is DISMISSED as we expect ??? In a big way or just a quick small bounce ? Either way it will be nice to have it out of the way so we can stick to the company's progress. Which IMHO is more important.
