Remember when we NTEK shareholders were proclaiming back in the PPS range of .005 - .0075 that given our bright future that the PPS was a gift and no brainer. We are now less then half that PPS and there are very few now making those proclamations. NTEK investor confidence is totally shot !!!

The only thing that might cause me to consider purchasing additional shares would be the official announcement of a Buy back or a strategic partner with big bucks who has stepped in taking a percentage ownership stake in NTEK in exchange for funding, eliminating debt, and stopping this woeful dilution.

What the hell happened to out little gem? Debt kills all. C'mon NTEK lets hear your plan on how you have solved the debt. Proxy? SH letter? I will continue to write to NTEK management for these answers
