The way I see this:
Flippers will have less shares to profit from.
Longs will add more to their position.
Number of bashers will increase in order to steal shares from weak hands.
McKay will do business as usual and then drop the good news when other parties confirmed.

You cannot find any safer investment in OTC at sub-penny level other than $TPAC.
No toxic debt. Insiders have no common shares. Company issues Restricted shares. Business is going as planned. CEO is transparent in protecting shareholders.
