That's certainly true. However, it was Sullivan's motion so it wasn't Kim who omitted Stern.

So why would Sullivan leave Stern off the list of people to serve? The omission could have been an accident but with Sullivan that seems unlikely.

Has Rosen thrown Stern (the patsy) under the bus already?
