Someone mentioned it here before, Dan Wong also said it in his video tonight, (1) NTEK is not diluting to continue to operate on a day to day basis. I am also thinking that they didn't dilute to (2) intentionally lower the share price for any reason, they didn't dilute to (3) buy something big, or (4) prevent a takeover.

So, if anyone would be willing to assume or entertain the idea that I am correct here, what would other possible reasons for dilution be?
