While that may be true, NTEK is still just a non audited OTCPK. Anyone doing business with them, including investors, should know that going in with eyes wide open.
Just remember, an RS is merely an accounting measure. It doesn't necessarily change the value of your holdings. Add additional dilution and that's a different story.
