Maybe Kris, but a fractional RS will force shorts to cover as brokerages don't hold fractional shares. SO, that's a potential good thing.

I'd entertain an RS if they guaranteed they wouldn't dilute again...but I don't suspect we'll be getting any guarantees if they do go that route.
