The guillotine would be nice. But I'll settle for sanctions of all CTIX legal costs levied against both Rosen and Zagami. In fact, I'd like to see the Judge assign a portion of those costs (say 20%) to Zagami alone.
Zagami bought what, ~5000 shares and then a few months later he sued the company? If the Judge levies a six figure judgement against him personally, these class action parasites (otherwise known as attorneys) will have a harder time finding shareholders willing to sign up for these frivolous lawsuits.
