An RS doesn't in and of itself "completely" wipe out share value prior to the split. In fact it does nothing to the total value of your NTEK investment. However, if it NTEK dilutes on top of an RS, it certainly does cause major damage to the underlying shares purchased pre split.
To your point regarding River North....I can't comment because I'm not familiar with them or what they do.
Sadly, I don't believe news such as Apple TV or any news will help the pps unless we have assurance from NTEK the dilution is over and we have substantial ongoing rev outlook.
As for the CEO dump, how will you know when this occurs? NTEK is OTCPK, he isn't required to report.
