It's going to be brutal until Bill issues some nice news. It will be brutal not because of no news but because there are newbs and greenhorns who can be easily swayed by the detractors. Just look at all those who bailed after the 8-A was released. Most probably didn't even read it.
Can we say "herd mentality?" If the lead sheep goes over the cliff, all the others will follow without questioning actions or motives.
