True. I would agree with the guillotine except that the gullotine was actually invented as a more humane execution method, because often the executioner swinging the ax either missed the target, or needed a second blow to finish the job.

I think anyone who reads through Sullivan's masterpiece would feel pretty certain of the favorable outcome for CTIX, though.
