'Battle Lost' I disagree, Bill needed funding for operations / acquisitions / etc at some point or another. The O/S is lower than what it was prior to buybacks, while not as low as it was - the stock is fluid & volatile enough to trade.. I am fortunate to possibly be able to acquire .0020-.0030's come friday.
