I believe the dilution if in fact related to the majority of it - if not all being 'restricted shares' according to twitter, was part of the financing deal that Bill was trying to establish with the investment bankers in HK.
Going forward, I believe based off PPS - that the company secured between $3-5 million in financing. The amount of revenue that this financing could bring in via acquisition - I am uncertain of. I do believe though that a portion of this financing will be put towards the expansion of our manufacturing facility, hence the reasoning for Bill pursuing P.O's from multiple large clientele.
I plan to take advantage of todays filing, by purchasing as many shares as I can within .0020-.0040. As tempting as it was to flip, I have yet to sell any of my shares. Why take the chance / risk on flipping when this company is on the verge of breakout?
