I've never thought of Chris as ripping shareholders off. At least not like it is believed Blackburn did.
I just can't figure out the delay. It's like if the 2013 never gets filed, then no need to file the 2014 and 2015. Wonder what he is trying to hide ?
2014 ? There is only one quarter he will not have information as he came on in May 2014.
Both should be relatively easy as there was little business / revenue.
Lots of talk, but that does not go in the financials anyway.
