I would indeed ask TD Ameritrade. Asking the question is always helpful in getting the answer.
Also, I would like to know the name of the company that issued the independent CSRV emissions report. Had that information been in the PR, it would have helped to enhance GC's credibility.
It would be great if he focused as much on the details of his communications as he does on his work.
