13g shows institutional ownership of 9.9% of common shares (2,170,000 shares) by Vista Capital Investments, LLC, David Clark. That by itself is good news. It leaves me questioning if the OS is even lower than the 80M reported (22M; see 2.2M being just 9.9%). Anyone with info out there???
