Agreed. He has provided enough reassurance for now. He has a good track record of keeping investors informed. I am certain he would divulge more if he could. I'm betting that is all he can say and indeed pushing the envelope. Using "transaction" is more generic and safe as far as a disclosure. "Acquisition" in my opinion is flirting with divulging too much for various reasons.
Give him time to work and put together more official communication as these "transactions" evolve. Personally, I will sleep well tonight knowing what I know now as well as my DD.
