This has all the makings of an acquisition to me! If I am wrong, then I'll go down with the team. Wouldn't the filing of an 8k have to be required to show the increase in shares before announcing the acquisition? A lot of rules go into these situations to avoid insider trading violations. That can happen simply by relaying something to us with no PR. As for me, I am holding with the strong possibility of a PR announcing 1 of the acquisitions VERY soon. Bill was working on a few of them and I believe the 8k would have to be out 1st (That's Today) before announcing an acquisition through a PR. Which I believe is going to be very soon, imo! $TPAC
