$TPAC Volume was very light, today, before the 8-A was released. The five-minute chart shows roughly half of today's total volume went through during the last 25-30 minutes of the day. This is heavy volume, imo, but a lot of people bailed without reading the 8-A.
I'm giving Bill the benefit of the doubt. He's been quiet for several days, which is not usually his style. He has probably been working on something. I'm sure we'll hear from him shortly.
