I know there has been no mention of Quite a period mandated by the SEC, as far as I know but... I've been with companies that have gone quite for exactly that reason.

My belief, is we are in some type of quite period, at what level, remained' to be seen but restasurerd there's a purpose and I believe it's for a damn good reason.
