that TDAmeritrade number is based on the last SEC filing and is way off. if you look at the last conversion filing/SG13 you will see it was around 1.6-1.7BB. based on conversion volume afterwards - it is more than likely at least 1.8-2.0BB at present.
BIDs has substantially picked up at 0.001. NITE still hiding shares. i had just purchased 275K with NITE showing 610K on the ASK at $0.0011 only changed their offer to 600K at $0.0011. with NITE 201K showing 0.0011 i put in an order for 210K and it filled and left NITE showing the ubiquitous 10K.
NITE and CDEL have been consistently on the ASK the last two weeks.
FINRA SS # have robust on the higher volume days. MMs have little risk on the way down and when it rebounds - they will have muscle to gap it down to cover if they get caught upside down.
