There are five Market Makers (MMs) on the ask between .0046 and .0070. All are showing offers of less than 500K shares except the MM at .0053 whose offer is slightly more than 500K.
This does not mean there are other offers in those gaps. There are, but they are not shown because a MM only shows its best offer at a given price.
At .008, there is a 10K which is a "code" to say this particular MM is not showing its best offer but has any number of transactions "hidden."
There is no guarantee that buyers will take out the ask.
