I removed Nu-B's post's. I privately cautioned Nu-B, suggesting that he get above the fray and not post the picture (mug shot) of Mr. McHenry over and over. Everyone has the right to commentary and express dissatisfaction in a stock or activity of a CEO. I posted that there is presumed innocence, each person due their day in court. Freedom of speech is one of the most important tennents in our Bill Of Rights in our Constitution. With that precept comes a "Civil Responsibility" and does not grant one the right to scream "Fire" in a crowded theater resulting in people being harmed and "Call It Freedom Of Speech".

No person is knowledgeable in the specific details of what occurred with claims levied against Mr. McHenry , but to continually repeat disparaging , borderline slander, and deffimation of Character commentary along with others in a public forum is inexcusable and outrageous .
