Let me also say if Goldman Sachs got caught scamming by failing to locate stock for shorting and was fined a measly 15 mm dollars, you can bet your bottom penny that the lower level market scammers were more than happy to sell shares to any buyers on the open market without locating.
Mind us all this is in addition to what the fab five were up to, like selling discounted shares to the market price, taking 30,000 checks from suckers, and the like...
These lower level shadow scammers want treaty dead ,and there probably is not much left to fight for, the sec, finra and all the rest only look at pump and dump scams and ignore short and distort campaigns.
Why Tesarski is no longer responding is either he is guilty of something or cooperating and being told by council/ investigators to keep his mouth shut.
The babblers will keep babbling away because they know nothing either and they have a lot of profits to protect.
There was very big money put into this company, both directly to officers and in the open market, many millions on both sides.
In my view we need to continue the fight to protect our investments, rights and whatever else has been illegally taken from us.
Hopefully the BOD sees it this way and as among the largest investors, will do just that.
