As I said before , it only appears to be lower as the people that are unemployed quit looking for work. Not because they found a job. They just quit Looking and unemployment ran out. They are still unemployed it's just that the system doesn't count them anymore as they are no longer looking for work ! OOPS !!

And as such the percentage goes down. Hmmmmmm !!
