right now - assuming OS is around 1.9BB - we have a market cap of essentially $1.9MM. they did close to that in 2012 with just recovery before PLN wrecked the growth. if their revenues are anywhere close to what i have laid out or where i think they could end up in 2016 - this will be below actual revenues let alone getting a premium for the growth.
if you are a long term holder - it is in your best interest to continue to buy not only to get cheaper shares - but also to flip the buy/sell demand. a strong price begets a stronger price. while i have been buying since it went below 16 and i have BIDs in now - every long term shareholder should vote with their capital instead of sitting idle or complaining. while the price action is discouraging, every sign shows the fundamentals approving in terms of the brand, dealers, and revenues. if they had no cash/cash flow - how would they be paying these attorneys to fight the KBMs? it isnt cheap. are the attorneys on a contingency basis, stock basis, cash, mix? regardless - they obviously see a reason to take on the case as they arent in it for free/public good. that means that either the company IS generating cash flow and/or the attorneys see a payoff with stock/contingency down the road. either of those is good news for shareholders and you should be buying accordingly.
i realize several are in the same boat as i. already have a disproportionate amount and buying now doesnt make sense from a balance standpoint. however, if something is being clearanced at pennies on the dollar that you know you will use later - you still stock up even if you dont need it now or already stocked up. a similar mentality should apply here (within reason). longs as a whole have SUBSTANTIAL clout when it comes to momentum. if there are 200 serious longs and they each buy $500 worth of stock - that is 100MM shares at current price levels and the volume on this decline has been a fraction of that.
however, if you wait around for someone else to do it - it wont work. strength is in numbers. if you are doubting now - what have you BEEN basing your faith/numbers on...?
when there is blood in the streets - that is the time to buy.
for the record - i have bought well over $500 since it eclipsed $0.0016
