A lot of shareholders are feeling the same way as you.
This " counsel has told us to keep quiet " is crap. Maybe about the SEC litigation but shareholders have the right to know something as simple as FINRA's decision from Dec 18th regarding the appeal.
Common sense tells us it was denied. Can't figure out why Chris can't simply tell us. What else does he not want us to know?
