The company is in the process of being restructured and Jim Nash, the CEO, will be updating the shareholders
and and general public in the near future. The filings will most likely be updated on the pink sheets or a higher
exchange if applicable.

We anticipate that there will be an IR person in place to answer questions when the company is
properly reporting on the appropriate exchange.
