Volume alert. In the minutes following the news, there was 432M volume in trade.
I didn't have Level 2 up for PVSP at the time and couldn't tell what portion was at .0001 or .0002 - there was around 90M at .0002 on the ask.
Looking at the history, the stock had been going down so it is not pre-loaded at .0001 apart from whomever got shares yesterday. As the volume was instantaneous, I was wondering if there was a pre-arranged deal to off-load dilution shares to someone who will try to run it up.
PVSP got driven down by endless dilution after excellent early runs in 2015.
Worth keeping an eye on.
