Anyone have any comment on the ntgl filing the other day for 18,000,000 shares that was originally a promissory note owned by David Foley before being assigned and then converted by galaxy entertainment (owns casinos in macau and hong kong close as I can tell) and then river north equity bought the shares from galaxy. David Foley originally acquired the note from someone celtek-ntgl former shell- owed money to...galaxy just converted in december last yr and river north just bought stake jan 22.
