You would think he would know just what to do to screw the shorts. I believe it was this guy who said at a SHM (I think 3 yrs ago) that he thought the share price would be .75 within a year. I think the price was around 3 cents a share back then. Will of course myself and many others started buying shares after that shareholders meeting. I paid over .16 for some shares. Would it be legal for a director of a company to be shorting that company?
