I've pointedly asked him "what's wrong with your thinking that you need somebody else to give voice to it? Why don't you grow a pair and share your 'thoughts' more widely with business associates and with people whose opinion you value?

As for ' political correctness'? That's become a phrase to be used as a club on people who call you out for showing no manners and for behaving like a flaming as*hole. (Politically correct spelling, I guess.)
