Benji for an accountant you always seem kinda vague to me. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you have not put your foot down on a specific date for us.
What I would like to know is what's your opinion on the wording of recent 8-K on the 71 days?
71 days from 2/2 date or
71 days from Nov 30th date or
71 days from Dec 15th date?
