I believe there is confusion, or optimism/pessimism over just when that date is. Honestly, there isn't enough information, or the information is so ambiguous, that without clarification from the company, we'll not know when that counter began.

Look at my previous post to see where my confusion is. I sent a follow-up email to IR requesting clarification. I just dont understand how an unscheduled document can have a filing date requirement.
