Someone is playing games trying to persuade people to sell into the bid.
See how the .0004 bid got bumped up to 15M then 25M and the ask reduced to 13M then 6M. If they don't pick up on the bid, they will take the ones the weak hands put on the ask at .0005.
I really don't think someone / a group would have put $25K on the bid at .0005 earlier if they were bothered about getting filled.
