From the current 8-K, would like to get some input on something.
item (a) & (b) under section 9.01 of the recent 8k, states the following.
"will be filled by the company by amendment to this Current Report on Form 8-K no later than 71 days after the date on which this Current Report on Form 8-K was required to be filed "

It states the 8-K is an unscheduled document " This unscheduled document addresses specific events and provides further detail and exhibits "
How can an unscheduled document have a filing date requirement?
I sent an email to IR yesterday morning requesting clarification on from which point the 71 days begins, and I've yet to hear anything back.
