Re: kurmajones #29
RYZE Renewables, Port Arthur is newly formed LLC, with offices located at 1005 Country Club Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001 (RRPA). It is the actual Company both originating and locating in Port Arthur.
As I understand it, They will be a purchaser or producer of products either produced by or licensed by Pure Systems. GFTI will also be a purchaser/licensee. GFTI and RRPA will not be competing with each other, and licensing will prevent that from happening.
I think therefore, that RRPA and GFTI are equal in a horizontal structure. Joy has stated that the structure is confusing and that CG would be the one to talk to about the intricacies.
There are a lot of confusing issues that no one including the Town of Port Arthur Officials, are willing to talk about other than:
1. Deals are in place
2. PA is offering free money
3. GFTI is and will be henceforth a manufacturer/distributor of uniforms
4. According to PA Officials, production is scheduled to begin Spring, 2016.
So...................I don't see any interaction between RRPA and GFTI.
My caveat......... what do I know?
