Chatter comes and goes. True or false who knows. With him going public with his water company IMO it's best he steps down. Most of his time is spent on his water company, I would assume. As he has done nothing for us since coming aboard in May 2014.
As for the BOD. My only thought is they are following Chris and not getting more involved as they should.
Radio silence was broken " against counsel's advice " on Dec 26th that the 2013 audit was in final review. Good Lord. How long does a final review take?
People must remember Quarters 1 thru 3 have already been filed. We are waiting on the last quarter. How much business was there?
I would encourage the BOD, if they read this to take a greater stance miking sure Chris is doing what he should be. Keeping in mind, the BOD I have heard has over 300 M shares invested. Chris's shares = ZERO. He has really no incentive.
