12M shares are to be returned to the treasury....The O/S will drop to ~340M. The float remain at ~307M...~160-200M of which are in solid long hands thus "semi-locked". Trading at this low pps of only some ~110-150M will determine with higher volume how (and not if) the short squeeze (uncovered short positions from the several spikes and their reversal last year could be significant) or gapping will kick in the next month or two (if not earlier) IMO
