Oops yeah forgot ... you're right Jeff....
And just to add, several CEOs have told me they wait till the last minute to file financials in case they want to change or add anything (there's always the "Subsequent Events" to add info or things that happen after the quarter's deadline date) they can also save funds so they it's good they wait till the last minute they're entitled to have ... actually apparently as a pink sheet security, they don't really even NEED to file.
