I haven't been watching, but based on those figures you gave, here are my thoughts...
31 Trades in 1,000,000 shares carries an average of 31,250 per transaction with an average pps at .0032 per transaction.
31 Trades retail is approximately $310 in commission.
Each transaction is for $100 worth of shares plus the commission cost OR no commission cost at all? Logically, it doesn't make sense to pay 10% commission cost per transaction so my conclusion is that these trades were executed by market makers washing sales trying to trigger movement.
