Well boilerfan, during the same FB post Chris mentioned that Counsel has silenced Chris and the BOD.
I understand them not wanting to discuss the ongoing SEC litigation. For example. But refraining from notifications of, let's say, the FINRA appeal is not right. Shareholders have a right to know. What is so secret about that?
I know the 3 BOD members have a lot of shares and have much to lose. I hope they step up to make sure Chris is following through with his CEO obligations to shareholders
