For all we know Finra is still in the process of analyzing the bluesheet information. If crgp requested a corporate action to Finra to merge/privatize in late August after the dividend went thru, it could have been part of the reason why the stock was U3 halted. Supposedly today a Finra arbitration chairperson is scheduled to give Etrade's answer to the NJ judge responding to COR's subpoena for Etrade's shareholder list/count/internal correspondence. And February 22nd is the date set for finalization of the mine transaction. I'm assuming we will have some clarity in the next three weeks, but I've assumed before and gotten nowhere lol.
