I assumed that was the case. It makes sense.
However, that is not a merger. CRGP shareholders were screwed; there's no reason to trust "Adam Carter", "Milagros", or anyone else they want to trot out to try and grab more cash.
If this scenario is true, then Carter lied, pure and simple. Also, it means that "Luis" lied earlier about valuing our shares.
CRGP has a 4 million dollar judgment that is coming. There's no reason to assume CRGP's liabilities if they simply stripped everything.
In fact, it appears more and more likely (to me) that CRGP was a money funneling shell for "Milagros" this entire time.
